Walnut Vinaigrette Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of canned broth (chicken, no salt)
2 Tbsps of oil (walnut oil)
2 Tbsps of vinegar (balsamic)
2 Tbsps of vinegar (sherry)
1 tsp of mustard (Dijon)
1/4 tsp of sugar (refined)
1/8 tsp of pepper
2 pcs of garlic cloves; chopped very finely
Instructions:
Boil the broth inside a saucepan then cook it for 6 minutes or till reduces into two-thirds cup.
Transfer onto a sterilized jar then add oil, vinegars, mustard, sugar, pepper, and garlic; cover tight. Shake well till blended. Place inside the refrigerator till chilled.
