Picante Dressing Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 lb of sirloin (top,1-inch thick)
1/4 c of juice (freshly squeezed lime)
1/2 tsp of salt (garlic)
1/2 tsp of cumin (ground)
1/2 tsp of coarse pepper (black)
3/4 c of rice (long-grain)
8 oz of canned corn (whole kernel)
2-1/2 oz of canned ripe olives (black)
1 c of tomatoes (cherry); halved
1/4 c of onion (red); sliced to rings
2 Tbsps of chopped cilantro
1/2 pc of lettuce head (iceberg); shredded
For the Picante Dressing:
1/3 c of picante sauce
1/4 c of dressing (Italian)
1 tsp of juice (lime)
Instructions:
For the Dressing, combine the dressing, picante, and (lime) juice inside a jar. Cover tightly and shake vigorously.
