No-Fat Italian Dressing Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 c of juice (lemon)
1/4 c of vinegar (cider)
1/4 c of unsweetened juice (apple)
1/2 tsp of oregano (dried)
1/2 tsp of mustard (dry)
1/2 tsp of onion (powder)
1/2 tsp of basil
1/8 tsp of thyme
1/8 tsp of rosemary
1 pc of garlic clove; sliced
Instructions:
Combine the juices, vinegar, oregano, mustard, onion powder, basil, thyme, rosemary, and garlic; mix thoroughly. Place inside the refrigerator for 1-2 hours till chilled. Discard garlic and serve.
