Mustard & Dill Vinaigrette Recipe
Ingredients:
1 tsp of sugar (brown)
1 tsp of mustard (Dijon)
2 Tbsps of vinegar (white wine)
1/3 c of oil (vegetable oil)
1 Tbsp of dill (fresh); chopped finely
Salt (to taste)
Instructions:
Combine sugar, mustard, and vinegar inside a mixing bowl then whisk thoroughly and season with salt. Gradually add oil while whisking thoroughly.
Continue whisking till blended well or emulsified. Add dill and stir thoroughly.
