Low-Calorie Tomato Dressing Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 tsp of mustard (dry)
1 tsp of water
1/2 c of juice (tomato)
3 Tbsps of oil
2 Tbsps of juice (lemon)
1/2 tsp of salt
1/16 tsp of pepper (black)
1 Tbsp of onion (green); chopped
1 Tbsp of Worcestershire
Instructions:
Combine water and mustard inside a bowl; blend well then let it stand for 5 mins. Add the juices, oil, onion, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper; beat thoroughly.
Transfer on a sterilized jar then cover; place inside the refrigerator till chilled. Shake before use.
