Lemon Mayonnaise Recipe
Ingredients:
2 tsps of mustard (dry)
1 c of water
1-1/2 tsps of salt
2 pcs of beaten eggs (medium)
1/3 c of juice (freshly squeezed lemon)
2 Tbsps of vinegar (white)
6 tsps of sugar
1 Tbsp of cornstarch
Instructions:
Combine mustard, cornstarch, and the salt inside a bain-marie. Combine eggs and water; gradually add onto the mixture of cornstarch, while constantly stirring till smooth and cook for five mins while constantly stirring.
Gently add vinegar and lemon, while stirring gentle. Continue to cook and stir for ten mins.
Take out from the heat then add sugar; mix thoroughly. Pour onto a sterilized jar and cover. Store inside the refrigerator. Stir it thoroughly before using.
