La Chatelain Salad Dressing Recipe
Ingredients:
2/3 c of mayonnaise (real)
2 Tbsps of Wishbone dressing (Italian)
2 Tbsps of vinegar (red wine)
2 Tbsps of juice (from dill pickles)
1/2 tsp of salt
1 pc of egg (large)
1/4 tsp of pepper (black, coarsely ground)
Instructions:
Place mayonnaise, dressing, vinegar, juice, salt, egg, and pepper inside the blender; blend for ten seconds till incorporated well.
Pour onto a bain-marie (sprayed w/ nonstick spray) then cook the dressing above gentle heat. Transfer on a glass bowl and refrigerate till chilled. Serve with fresh lettuce with croutons.
