Chili Vinegar Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of dried chili pepper (red, 1-2 inches long)
4 pcs of garlic cloves; peeled
5 pcs of fresh rosemary (sprigs, large)
3 c of distilled vinegar (white)
Additional dried chili pepper(s)
Instructions:
Place the chiles, rosemary, and garlic inside a 2-quart jar then crush using a spoon, wooden. Heat the vinegar till warm; pour onto the herbs.
Let it stand for two weeks. Strain then carefully pour onto sterilized jars and place one whole pepper on top. Cover tightly and seal.
