Oil & Vinegar Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:

1/4 c of oil (safflower oil)
1/2 c of sugar (refined)
1 tsp of mustard (Dijon)
1/4 c of vinegar (apple cider)

Instructions:

Combine sugar, mustard, and oil; mix well. Gradually add the vinegar while beating constantly till thickened. Add seasoning as desired.

Variations:
Add salad dressing and/or small amount of catsup.
