White Salad Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:

3 pcs of egg yolks; beaten well
1 Tbsp of flour; sifted
1 Tbsp of sugar (refined)
1 c of cream
1 tsp of salt
1/2 c of vinegar
1 tsp of mustard (dry)
2 Tbsps of oil (olive oil)

Instructions:

Combine flour, sugar, salt, and mustard; mix them well. Gradually add oil and vinegar while stirring constantly. Add yolks along with cream; stir thoroughly. Cook inside a bain-marie till thickened.
