Cream Dressing For Cucumbers Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pc of cucumber (fresh); pared and sliced thinly
1 Tbsp of vinegar
1/2 c of sour cream (dairy)
Salt
Paprika

Instructions:

Place cucumber inside a bowl and sprinkle salt; refrigerate for two hrs. Rinse twice or thrice in (ice cold) water till salt is washed away.

Drain well then add (sour) cream, paprika, and vinegar; mix thoroughly. Add onion slices if preferred.
