Lemon Mustard Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:

4 Tbsps of juice (lemon)
1 pc of garlic clove (medium); crushed
2 tsps of sugar (refined)
2 tsps of mustard (dijon)
3-1/3 oz of olive oil (or sunflower oil)
Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Instructions:

Place the juice on a glass bowl then add sugar, mustard, and garlic; stir thoroughly. Gradually add oil, while stirring constantly till thick. Season salt & pepper then let it stand, at about half an hour.
