Peppy Tomato Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:

8 oz of tomatoes (canned); drained and chopped
1 c of oil (salad)
1/3 c of vinegar (white wine)
1 pcs of onion (medium); sliced
1/2 pc of garlic clove (medium); chopped finely
1/4 tsp of pepper
1/2 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of celery (seed)

Instructions:

Combine tomatoes, oil, vinegar, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and celery inside the blender; blend thoroughly till mixed well.
