Lemon Cream Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 c of Tahini
1 c of tofu (firm)
1 pc of lemon; juiced and zested
1/4 c of vinegar (cider)
1 pc of garlic clove; chopped finely
1/4 c of syrup (brown rice)
or
1/4 c of honey (pure)
2 Tbsps of miso (white)
1/2 c of water

Instructions:

Combine tahini, tofu, lemon zest, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, syrup or honey, miso, and water inside the blender; blend till mixture becomes smooth. Let it cool.
