Caesar Salad Dressing (Whistler’s) Recipe


Caesar Salad Dressing (Whistler’s) Recipe

Ingredients:

3 beaten eggyolks
5 Tbsps of white vinegar
15 drops of Worcestershire-sauce
15 drops of Tabasco-sauce
1/2 tsp of dried oregano
1/2 tsp of white pepper
1 & 1/2 tsps of salt
6 pcs of capers
2 fillets of anchovy
10 cloves garlic
3 Tbsps of mustard
3 beaten eggyolks

Instructions:

Have everything combined in blender excluding oil then beat at low-speed. Gradually add oil while motor is running ’til mixture is thick and appears like mayonnaise. You add the vinegar & blend again.

Transfer into glass jars then refrigerate w/ cover for maximum of 7 days.
