Caesar Salad Dressing Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 c of fresh juice of lemon
3 Tbsps of red-wine vinegar
3/4 c of oil (olive)
3 Tbsps of grated cheese (Parmesan)
1/2 tsp of Worcestershire-sauce
6 fillets of anchovy
1/4 tsp of ground pepper (white)
1 tsp of garlic; minced
1 large egg
Instructions:
Cook eggs in pot filled w/ boiling water set at high-heat for 2 mins. Remove egg the break onto blender, scrape out congealed eggwhite.
You add cheese, Worcestershire, anchovy, pepper & garlic then blend about 30 secs. While on process of blending, slowly add olive oil gradually in thin stream.
Add juice & vinegar, blending continuously ’til well-mixed. Scrape dressing onto bowl then set it aside ’til ready to use.
