Buttermilk Mayonnaise Recipe
Ingredients:
2 tsps of fresh parsley
2 tsps of finely-chopped onions
1 c of buttermilk
1 Tbsp of water
Fresh pepper (ground)
1/4 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of dried mustard
1 Tbsp of ice water
1/2 tsp of gelatin (granulated)
Instructions:
Add gelatin into 1 Tbsp of ice water then soak. Dissolve mixture over boiling water.
Combine 1 Tbsp of water, pepper, salt & mustard ’til smoothened.
Mix ingredients together excluding parsley, blending well then chill ’til thickened.
Gently beat ’til smooth then add the parsley in. Transfer into jar & cover, then chill.
