Bud’s Caeser Salad Dressing Recipe
Ingredients:
3 ounces of egg replacement
4 Tbsp of dijon style mustard
2 Tbsps of red-wine vinegar
2 Tbsps of Worcestershire sauce
6 Tbsps juice of lemon
10 Tbsps extra virgin olive-oil
Anchovey-paste
3 cloves garlic; minced
Instructions:
Have everything combined excluding eggs. Leave at room-temp. You wash two romainne-lettuce heads. Place in clean towel then refrigerate ’til crisp.
You cut nine French-bread slices then spread butter on both-sides. You sprinkle the garlic seasoning in 1 side then size into bite sizes. You toast them at 300 degrees F for 25 mins ’til crisp.
Cool. Grate one Parmesan cheese wedge then place inside blender.
Arrange crisp & cold lettuce in bowl then pour the egg replacement gradually while you are tossing ingredients. Process w/ dressing. Serve salad in large-sized bowls w/ more cheese and pepper.
