Basic Roquefort Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:

2 Tbsps of vinegar
2/3 c of salad-oil
1 Tbsp juice of lemon
1 Tbsp of Worcestershire-sauce
1 c of bluecheese

Instructions:

Add some oil into cheese then mash. Add remaining oil, vinegar, juice of lemon & Worcestershire, shaking well ’til creamy.
