Apricot Dressing For Turkey Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of snipped apricots (dried)
1-1/2 c of water (or chicken stock)
1 c of celery; chopped
1/4 c of chopped nuts (walnuts or pine)
12 pcs of bread slices (dry); cubed to small pieces
Instructions:
Boil water and apricots inside the saucepan then let it stand, about ten mins. Add bread, celery, and nuts; toss gently till moistened and well blended.
Spoon onto a greased baking glass dish. Bake, covered, inside the oven at 350 degrees F for 40 mins. Uncover on the final 10 mins of cooking time, letting it brown.
