Anchovy Yogurt Dressing Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of yogurt (plain)
1 Tbsp of oil (salflower oil or corn oil)
2 Tbsps of vinegar (white)
1/8 tsp of salt
1/8 tsp of pepper (white)
1 pc of garlic clove; chopped finely
2 Tbsps of parsley (fresh); chopped
1 Tbsp of paste (anchovy)
1/16 tsp of cayenne pepper
Instructions:
Combine yogurt, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic, parsley, paste, and cayenne inside the blender; blend till smooth. Place inside the refrigerator till chilled. Use as dressing on fresh salad.
